The Heat Is On: 2025 Summer Soccer Kicks Off September at Northbridge Oval
We’re excited to continue the tradition of offering junior and senior competitions for the 2025 Summer Season
- U6–U9 Mixed: Mondays 4-6.30pm
- G6-G8 Girls: Mondays 4-6.30pm
- U10–U18 Mixed: Fridays 4-9.30pm
- G9-G18 Girls: Fridays 4-9.30pm
- 13 October – 19 December (all of Term 4)
- $115 per player including insurance
- Referee and match balls provided
- U6 & U7 – 4 a-side, no goalkeeper
- U8 – U18 – 5 a-side
- Monday evenings
- 15 Sept – 15 Dec (2 week school holiday break so no games 29 Sept or 6 Oct)
- $140 per player including insurance
- 6 a-side
- 6.30pm, 7.20pm & 8.10pm game times
- Qualified referees and ball kids
- Average age of our players is 47 years young

This form is for team nominations only. It helps us gauge how many teams want to play and in which divisions. Please ensure there is only one nomination per team.
Once the team has been nominated, we will advise the team manager how players can register.
FORM YOUR OWN PER TEAM
Summer Soccer runs on a Team Registration model. That means players form a team from their winter teammates, school class or a group of friends and register together as a team. Each team needs a Team Manager to handle registration, communications and coordination throughout the season.
NO OF PLAYERS PER TEAM
- U6–U7: 4-a-side (no goalkeepers)
- U8–U18: 5-a-side
- O35-O55: 6-a-side
You can register as many players as you like in each team but this is a balance between managing game time for all and having enough cover for players unavailable on any given week.

We keep a list of individual players who are looking to join a team. If a registered team is short on players, we’ll pass on your details. To be added to the list, please email the players name, date of birth, playing history, contactable email and mobile to summer@northbridgefc.com.au.
Please note: Being on the list does not guarantee placement, as it depends on whether a team is looking for an extra player.

SOCIAL AND PERFORMANCE DIVISIONS
We offer two divisions per age group (where possible):
- Performance – for Academy, Bulls , JDL, div 1 etc
- Social
Please note:
- If a Performance division isn’t viable, teams may be placed 1 age group up in the social division.
- We aim to keep age groups separate but may combine them if needed to ensure full divisions.
- Academy teams will be graded into 1 age group up in the Performance division
- Bulls teams: will be graded into 1-2 groups up in the Performance division based on strength
- For U6 & U7 teams we don’t run a performance division as most players are still new to the game and developing their skills. The focus is on fun, participation and building confidence rather than results.
