Northbridge FC has been established for over 50 years and is recognised as one of the largest not for profit association football clubs in Australia with membership exceeding 2,500 players. In season 2015, the Club fielded 188 teams in local and regional competitions. NFC mainly draws it membership from across the Willoughby City community, through local schools and families, catering for all ages, both male and female, and can accommodate all playing standards, from beginner and recreational right up to elite standard in youth and adult competitions.

The heart and soul of the Club however centres around the community with 100’s of volunteers giving their time to provide a vital community services by managing and coaching youth age groups, from Under 6 to Under 18 supported by their families and friends. Players at Northbridge train all year – winter and summer – starting at the end of January and finishing in mid-December.

The club has close community and local council ties with our main playing and training facility located on Sailors Bay Road Northbridge and having recently undergone a complete refurbishment to an artificial surface allowing all year round usage to the club and the community. We are a non-for profit club which is largely self-funded through its membership. The Club prides itself on developing football skills and talent with an impressive roster of highly qualified FIFA standard coaching. One of our main development objectives is to follow a European style model where the Club provides FREE coaching through highly qualified local and international coaching staff.
