How long will my order take?
As we are a not-for-profit organisation, we try to minmise administrative costs, so after the season starts we generally process orders once a week. Your order should be ready to collect by Friday.
Where do I pick up my order from?
We will email you with the address once your order is ready.
What if I order the wrong size?
We will gladly swap it over as long as it is unused and in new condition.
What if I need to return an item purchased that is not required?
If you return the items unused and in new condition, you can request a refund (exluding shipping) by completing the attached form.
