Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Northbridge Football Club (NFC) for the operations and financial performance during the year ended 31 December 2025, is to be held in accordance with the Associations Incorporations Act and Clause 16 of the NFC Constitution. This note serves as Notice of the AGM as required by Clause 16.4 and is open to all members of NFC.

The business of the meeting is per the agenda below. Should you wish to bring forward any additional matter to be discussed at this AGM, obtain a copy of the draft minutes of the AGM held in 2025, or a copy of the Audited Financial Statements 2025, please email me you request to secretary@northbridgefc.com.au no later than seven (7) days prior to the meeting.

NFC is always looking for new members to join and fill vacancies on the Committee or one of its three main Sub-Committees. NFC is an amazing football club, with well over 2,000 playing members and the Committee is made up of a small group of dedicated volunteer members. We are keen to add more members to help steer the club over the years ahead. Please email me at secretary@northbridgefc.com.au prior to the meeting should you wish to nominate for election to the Committee.
