Photos from the Trivia Night - What a great night

Thank you to everyone who came and supported the NFC Fundraising Trivia Night. It was wonderful to see over 300 of our community enjoy the fun and friendship that an amazing community club like NFC provides. A special thank you to our host, Russell Barwick, and to all of our donors and sponsors who contributed to the successful evening.

 

Well done to team Wild Ladies from the Willoughby Wildcats, organised by table captain Amy Connolly, for taking out first place and getting their name etched onto the much sought after trophy. Special mention also to team Shooting Stars, team captain Annabel Verco, for second place and the team from the U20s Bull Girls, team captain Melissa Coward. The encouragement award went to our team from the U13 GSAP, captained by Vincent Lloyd.

 

Monies raised will be used to purchase equipment and supplies and we will advise more on that in due course. Early counts suggested we raised about $20,000, which is terrific – thank you.

 

Finally, while the night was about having fun, it also included recognition of NFC’s new life members, Rory Grace and Kym Griffen. Rory was able to be there in person and receive a small gift of appreciation from our Club President, Brian Norton – thank you Rory and Kym for your significant contributions.
